In this tutorial I will tell you how to create and run a simple minecraft server along with mods to play with your friends using hamachi or a shared network and even the internet.
In this article, I will use the official minecraft server on which Forge will be installed, mods will be installed and you will be able to play assemblies with friends.
Warning:
Modern minecraft mods work not only on Forge, but there is also an alternative loader - Fabric, while the mods do not support each other, so if you want to create a server with Fabric mods: Create a minecraft server with Fabric mods.
Let's create a server:
Download the Minecraft forge installer of the required version, exe or jar, it doesn't matter.
Run the downloaded file, select Install server in this window, and below specify an arbitrary folder in which your server will be, click Ok.
The installer will download everything by itself, you need the Internet.
