World Handler is a mod - a cheat menu with different commands, change mode, time, weather, disable mobs, kick, ban and more.
With the World Handler mod, by pressing the "c" or "v" (standard) button, you open a menu with all sorts of goodies (change the time, game mode, etc.). This mod can be useful for map creators, because it saves a lot of time. Also, the mod gives the name of the biome you are currently in, coordinates, you can turn off mobs in a certain radius, you can kick or ban a player for the server, get a workbench or oven quickly, and much more.
